Meanwhile, Ress and his Wolfpack teammates continued their march towards a fourth straight conference crown.<\/p>\n<p>First up, Notre Dame&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Rob Whitacre\u00a0<\/strong>recorded a time of 1:40.17 for the top seed in the men&#8217;s 200 back. Finishing in second was NC State&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Coleman Stewart<\/strong>, fresh off a blistering 44.54 in the 100 back Friday evening, and\u00a0<strong>Hennessy Stuart\u00a0<\/strong>finished third for the Wolfpack in 1:40.91.<\/p>\n<p>Virginia&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Robby Giller\u00a0<\/strong>took fourth in 1:41.37, with teammate\u00a0<strong>Brendan Casey\u00a0<\/strong>(1:41.86) and Georgia Tech&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Colton Williamson\u00a0<\/strong>(1:41.89) just behind. The winner of the 200 free Friday night, Ress led a trio of NC State swimmers in the top three spots as he was followed by\u00a0<strong>Jacob Molacek\u00a0<\/strong>(42.01) and\u00a0<strong>Ryan Held\u00a0<\/strong>(42.10).
