Third place at the moment is Florida State with 401.5 points.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/results\/2018-mens-acc-championships-day-two-finals-day-2\/ncaa-college\/2018\/February\/21\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Full results<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>500 Free<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>NC State&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Anton Ipsen\u00a0<\/strong>entered as a three-time defending ACC champion in the 500, and he recorded a monster effort to make it four-in-a-row. Ipsen never trailed and recorded a time of 4:11.23. Vazaios touched in 1:42.43, just ahead of Szabo in 1:42.70.<\/p>\n<p>Louisville&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Daniel Sos\u00a0<\/strong>finished a second back of Vazaios in 1:43.86, good enough to claim the final spot on the podium.<\/p>\n<p>Notre Dame&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Rob Whitacre\u00a0<\/strong>took fourth in 1:44.06, followed by Louisville teammates\u00a0<strong>Etay Gurevich\u00a0<\/strong>(1:44.19) and\u00a0<strong>Carlos Claverie\u00a0<\/strong>(1:45.42). Florida State&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Max Polianski\u00a0<\/strong>(1:45.59) and Virginia&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Bryce Keblish<\/strong> (1:46.28) also swam in the final. He put up a time of 18.75, behind only his Olympic relay teammate\u00a0<strong>Caeleb Dressel\u00a0<\/strong>(18.66) and Wisconsin&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Bowen Becker\u00a0<\/strong>(18.69) in the national rankings so far this season.<\/p>\n<p>The Wolfpack made it a 1-2 finish as\u00a0<strong>Justin Ress\u00a0<\/strong>finished second in 19.00, just off his prelims time of 18.96. Louisville&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Andrej Barna\u00a0<\/strong>took third in 19.16.<\/p>\n<p>Notre Dame&#8217;s <strong>Justin Plaschka\u00a0<\/strong>took fourth in 19.30, and Virginia Tech&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Ian Ho\u00a0<\/strong>tied with Florida State&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Will Pisani\u00a0<\/strong>for fifth at 19.34.
