After finishing third last year, Bergman took down the previous record of 1:46.54, held by Andrea Bolognesi from 2016. Bergman posted a 1:46.06.<\/p>\n<p>Tonight also saw multiple wins from the Duquesne women&#8217;s team, including\u00a0<strong>Lauren Devorace<\/strong> in the 500 free,\u00a0<strong>Emma Brinton\u00a0<\/strong>in the 200 IM, and their 4&#215;50 free relay.<\/p>\n<h1>Women&#8217;s 500 Free<\/h1>\n<p>The first individual title of the meet went to Duquesne&#8217;s\u00a0Lauren Devorace. Devorace claimed the women&#8217;s 500 free, just ahead of her teammate\u00a0<strong>Carson Gross<\/strong>, by finishing first in 4:51.04. Gross came in second at 4:51.78.
