In the middle of her comeback, Margo Geer threw down an impressive 100 freestyle, while Aggie Sydney Pickrem blasted a sub-2:14 200 IM. Hit \u201crefresh\u201d for the latest coverage.<\/p>\n<p>Today&#8217;s preliminaries will be separated into A and B flights, with the faster swimmers swimming earlier in the session in the A flight and the slower seeded swimmers swimming after the conclusion of the preliminary session, in the B flight.<\/p>\n<h3>Women 100 Back Prelims<\/h3>\n<p>15 year old <strong>Regan Smith<\/strong> continued her impressive weekend by dropping a 1:00.26 in the women&#8217;s 100 backstroke to earn herself the top seed going into tonight&#8217;s finals. Another teenager, Taylor Ruck, earned the second fastest time in 1:00.48. Georgia graduate <strong>Olivia<\/strong> <strong>Smoliga<\/strong> turned in a 1:01.12 to capture the third spot. State&#8217;s <strong>Justin Ress<\/strong> was able to get ahead of the rest of the competitors by posting the only sub-55 second time with a 54.98. Right behind was <strong>Ryan Murphy<\/strong> and <strong>Jacob Pebley<\/strong> who each posted a 55.05 and a 55.07, respectively. Olympic veteran <strong>Matt Grevers<\/strong> was in fourth with his 55.12. After posting the fastest time of the morning in the immediately previous event, the 100 backstroke, Smith swam the third fastest time in a 2:12.10.
