Texas A&M junior Sydney Pickrem<\/strong> earned the middle lane going into tonight’s final session with a time of 4:44.74. Pickrem’s mark is well off her best time, but a solid swim nonetheless and about a second ahead of Olympic gold medalist Melanie Margalis<\/strong> who swam a 4:45.49 to secure the second spot. Posting the third fastest time was Longhorn freshman Evie Pfeifer<\/strong> with a 4:48.60. State’s Anton Ipsen<\/strong> who posted a 4:21.87 while the third spot was taken by Louisville’s Daniel Sos<\/strong> in 4:22.97.
