The Pac-12 Conference has had a light schedule over the holidays but will get back into conference matchups this week.<\/p>\n
But the biggest dual meet will be a non-conference matchup will be Wisconsin at USC on Monday, on Martin Luther King Day.<\/p>\n
The USC women are ranked No. 8, while the Badgers are No. 18. The USC men are No. 7 but the Badger men are not ranked currently.<\/p>\n
This is a huge meet for both teams. USC can build on momentum heading back into conference action with a strong showing.<\/p>\n
Before we get to the MLK meet, USC will travel to Oregon State for a dual meet on Friday. Many of the Trojans like Louise Hansson<\/strong> are coming off a strong European Short-Course Championships meet in December and will look to continue that success in the college season.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, for Wisconsin, this is a chance to prove they belong back in the national rankings.<\/p>\n The Cal women will host their invitational on Friday and Saturday, which is a club meet.<\/p>\n UCLA will also host its diving invitational Friday-Sunday and Cal and USC will be two of the teams participating.<\/p>\n The USC women had a bit of a breakout season last year and are looking to continue in that direction. They have to take care of some Pac-12 business along the way, beginning this this meet.<\/p>\n In Friday\u2019s other dual meet, Stanford will face the University of the Pacific.<\/p>\n On Saturday, Arizona State will face Washington State for a women\u2019s dual. The Sun Devils are making progress and have gradually become a team poised to reach the top 15 national rankings. They are currently 26th<\/sup>.
