December 28.  NINE days into his <a href=&quot;http:\/\/www.persiangulfswimmer.com&quot;target=&quot;_blank&quot;>solo stage swim<\/a> across the Persian Gulf, 34-year-old <a href=&quot;http:\/\/openwaterpedia.com\/index.php?title=Mohammad_Kobadi&quot;target=&quot;_blank&quot;>Mohammad Hosein Bibi Kobadi<\/a> forges on at an excellent pace.<\/p>\n<p>Kobadi swims every day, starting at the same point that he finished the day before in an unprecedented attempt to swim 1,000 kilometers across the Persian Gulf. Today, he swam 16.2K, starting from Qeshm Island in the Darkooh area.  With the water temperature 21.6\u00b0C and humidity at 87%, today&#39;s swim was completed in 6 knot winds that kicked up a good amount of dust along with 2-foot waves.
