A large selection of American pros are scheduled to compete, along with a handful of college teams (including NC State and the Texas A&amp;M women) and foreign athletes from Canada and China.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vmrw8k5h.tinifycdn.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/tyr-pro-swim-series-austin-psych-sheet.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Click here to view the full psych sheet.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Among the highlights of the list,\u00a0<strong>Nathan Adrian\u00a0<\/strong>is the top seed in the men&#8217;s 50 and 100 free, while\u00a0<strong>Ryan Murphy\u00a0<\/strong>leads the field inboth the 100 and 200 back. The 100 back should be especially competitive, with\u00a0<strong>Matt Grevers<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Jacob Pebley\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Justin Ress\u00a0<\/strong>present in the field.\u00a0<strong>Chase Kalisz<\/strong> will be in town along with his Georgia pro teammates, and he is first in both the 200 and 400 IM.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tom Shields\u00a0<\/strong>leads the field in the men&#8217;s 50 and 100 fly, with\u00a0<strong>Jack Conger\u00a0<\/strong>first in the 200 fly and 200 free. <strong>Zane Grothe\u00a0<\/strong>returns to competition in the men&#8217;s freestyle events for the first time since <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/the-legend-of-zane-grothe-grows-with-record-crushing-mile\/\" target=\"_blank\">setting a pair of American records at Winter Nationals<\/a>, and the breaststroke fields will include\u00a0<strong>Nic Fink<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Josh Prenot<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Andrew Wilson<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Will Licon<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Reece Whitley<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The women&#8217;s meet, while not quite as deep, will see\u00a0<strong>Katie Meili<\/strong> return to racing for the first time since the World Championships, after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/katie-meili-announces-she-is-going-to-georgetown-law-school-no-retirement-plans-yet\/\" target=\"_blank\">she recently began law schoo<\/a>l.\u00a0<strong>Mallory Comerford\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Leah Smith<\/strong> highlight the freestyle races, IMers\u00a0<strong>Melanie<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Margalis\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Madisyn Cox\u00a0<\/strong>will have to fend with\u00a0Canadian\u00a0<strong>Sydney Pickrem<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/dana-vollmer-is-feeling-speedy-six-months-after-second-child-birth-announces-return-to-competition\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dana Vollmer\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/dana-vollmer-is-feeling-speedy-six-months-after-second-child-birth-announces-return-to-competition\/\">will return<\/a> to her first meet since giving birth to her second child,\u00a0<strong>Arlen<\/strong>. Vollmer is entered in the 50 free and 50 fly this weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Also competing for Canada is\u00a0<strong>Taylor Ruck<\/strong>, who is among the top seeds in both the 100 and 200 free and 100 and 200 back.
