USA Diving&#39;s Winter Nationals wrapped up on Thursday in Knoxville with two more event finals. <\/p>\n<p>David Boudia finished first in the men&#39;s ten-meter platform as expected, with Thomas Finchum 23.40 points behind in second. No one else was close to the pair who will represent the U.S. at the World Cup in London in February. Abby Johnston and Kelci Bryant earned the women&#39;s national title in the synchro three-meter springboard on Thursday and will also head to London. Christina Loukas, going to London for the individual three-meter event, finished second with partner Kassidy Cook.<\/p>\n<p>FINA has suspended Flavio Bomio from his position on the Open Water Swimming Technical Committee, and LEN has suspended Bomio as Chairman of their open water swimming group.
