Her teammate\u00a0<strong>Marina Garcia Urzainqui\u00a0<\/strong>was disqualified. Denmark&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Rikke Moeller Pedersen\u00a0<\/strong>raced to second in 2:19.53, just ahead of Belgium&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Fanny Lecluyse\u00a0<\/strong>in 2:19.68 with bronze.<\/p>\n<p>With a strong last 100 meters Russian\u00a0<strong>Vitalina Simonova\u00a0<\/strong>(2:20.06) touched fourth.
