The silver was awarded to the Ukraine&#8217;s\u00a0<b>Andriy Govorov\u00a0<\/b>who swam just .01 slower, in a 22.43. Serbia&#8217;s\u00a0<b>Sebastian Sabo\u00a0<\/b>and Great Britain&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Benjamin Proud<\/strong>\u00a0tied for the bronze with their time of 22.44.<\/p>\n<p>Fifth place was awarded to Turkey&#8217;s\u00a0<b>Umitcan Gures\u00a0<\/b>while the Belarusian pair of\u00a0<b>Yauhen Tsurkin\u00a0<\/b>and\u00a0<b>Pavel Sankovich<\/b>\u00a0took sixth and seventh, respectively.
