We are proud to announce that Russia&#39;s Natalia Ishchenko has been awarded out Synchronized Swimmer of the Year award. <\/p>\n<p>At the FINA World Championships this summer, she increased her career world title tally to an incredible 17 world titles. All combined, Ishchenko now has 17 career world titles, as well as a pair of silver medals in world championship competition.
