She posted a time of 4:09.00 to win the event, recording the No. 2 all-time performance for American 13-14 girls.<\/p>\n<p>Only\u00a0<strong>Katie Hoff\u00a0<\/strong>has been faster than Sheble among girls that age. Hoff swam 4:08.44 back in 2004, a mere four months before she won the long course version of the Olympic Trials.
