Athletes competed in the 400 IM, 100 butterfly, 200 freestyle, 100 breaststroke, 100 backstroke, and 200 freestyle relay.<\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>Zoe Bartel<\/strong><\/strong>&#8216;s new Juniors West meet record in the 100 breaststroke,<strong> <strong>Katherine Berkoff\u00a0<\/strong>and <b>Emma Carlton<\/b><\/strong>&#8216;s\u00a0new pool records in the 100 back and 100 fly,\u00a0<strong>Vanessa Pearl<\/strong>&#8216;s four-second win in the 400 IM,\u00a0<strong>Jack Dolan<\/strong>&#8216;s double-header, and\u00a0<strong>Jack LeVant<\/strong>&#8216;s 400 IM win highlighted Friday night finals of the 2017 Winter Junior National Championships West. Nordmann was just behind in 52.31. <strong>Coleen Gillilan<\/strong> of Fort Collins Area Swim Team rounded out the top three finishers with a 52.60. <strong>Dakota Luther<\/strong> of Austin Swim Team was just off the top three with her time of 52.68. Alons split a notable 22.02 on the anchor\u00a0leg. It was an exhilaratingly battle for the rest of the heat, with the top seven finishers under 1:33.00. Delta Aquatics A-relay finished second, as <strong>Grace Cooper<\/strong>, <strong>Georgia White<\/strong>, <strong>Mariana Kraus<\/strong>, and <strong>Maxine Parkinson<\/strong>\u00a0put together a silver time of 1:32.52.
