He won the 100 back Friday at Winter Nationals in Columbus, but he explained why it was weird to be at Nationals at all instead of being at a mid-season college meet.<\/p>\n<p>Murphy explained what the focus of his training has been this fall and discussed how his season plan and his focus are different now that he&#8217;s gunning for a meet eight months away, as opposed to one in March.
