The Georgia Tech ladies were third at 616.<\/p>\n<p>On the men&#8217;s side, Florida State continues to lead with 1073 points with Alabama well behind in 843. The South Carolina men currently sit third at 536.<\/p>\n<p>Alabama&#8217;s team of\u00a0<strong>Katie Kelsoe<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Justine Macfarlane<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Flora Molnar\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Bailey Scott\u00a0<\/strong>won the night&#8217;s first event, the women&#8217;s 200 medley relay, in 1:37.55. Auburn&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Alyssa Tetzloff<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Breanna Roman<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Haley Black<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Ashton Ellzey\u00a0<\/strong>took second in 1:38.61, and Georgia Tech&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Megan Young<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Florina Ilie<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Laura Branton<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Iris Wang<\/strong> took third in 1:39.93.<\/p>\n<p>The Alabama men were also victorious in their 200 medley relay, with\u00a0<strong>Luke Kaliszak<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Laurent Bams<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Zane Waddell<\/strong> and\u00a0Howard<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>finishing in 1:24.60. Florida State&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Connor Kalisz<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Kanoa Kaleoaloha<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Will Pisani<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Chad Mylin\u00a0<\/strong>came in one second behind at 1:25.95. Third went to South Carolina&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Will Countie<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Nils Wich-Glasen<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Justin Rose\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Patrick McCrillis\u00a0<\/strong>in 1:27.80.<\/p>\n<p>South Carolina&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Emma Barksdale<\/strong>, the winner of the 200 IM Thursday night, added a win in the 400 IM for the women with her time of 4:08.20. Alabama&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Alina Faunce\u00a0<\/strong>took second in 4:12.04, seven tenths ahead of teammate\u00a0<strong>Alexis Preski<\/strong> (4:12.73).<\/p>\n<p>A pair of Barksdale&#8217;s teammates finished 1-2 in the men&#8217;s 400 IM, with\u00a0<strong>Tom Peribonio\u00a0<\/strong>winning in 3:45.25 and\u00a0<strong>Cody Bekemeyer\u00a0<\/strong>taking second in 3:48.69. Florida State&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Max Polianski\u00a0<\/strong>was third in 3:49.59.<\/p>\n<p>Florida State captured a 1-2 finish in the women&#8217;s 100 fly, with\u00a0<strong>Tayla Lovemore\u00a0<\/strong>winning in 52.03 and freshman teammate\u00a0<strong>Elise Olsen\u00a0<\/strong>taking a close second with her time of 52.19. Black took third for Auburn in 52.44.<\/p>\n<p>Waddell won the men&#8217;s 100 fly in 46.34, leading a Crimson Tide 1-2 finish with Bams, who took second in 46.78. Kaleoaloha took third in 47.27.<\/p>\n<p>The host Yellow Jackets got on the board with their first win of the meet as\u00a0<strong>Iris Wang\u00a0<\/strong>held off Alabama&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Leonie Kullman\u00a0<\/strong>to win the women&#8217;s 200 free, 1:45.67 to 1:45.88. Wang&#8217;s GT teammate\u00a0<strong>Kaitlin Kitchens\u00a0<\/strong>took third in 1:47.21.<\/p>\n<p>Howard blasted an impressive time of 1:33.75 to lead the way in the men&#8217;s 200 free, while FSU&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Rodo Loock\u00a0<\/strong>took second (1:35.99) and South Carolina&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Fynn Minuth\u00a0<\/strong>third (1:36.51).<\/p>\n<p>Florida State&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Natalie Pierce\u00a0<\/strong>topped the field in the women&#8217;s 100 breast with her time of 59.35. Macfarlane had the early lead before fading but still ended up breaking 1:00, touching in 59.82. South Carolina&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Kersten Dirrane\u00a0<\/strong>was third in 1:01.32.<\/p>\n<p>In the closest race of the day, Wich-Glasen won the 100 breast in 53.01, just ahead of Georgia Tech&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Moises Loschi<\/strong> (53.10) and Bams (53.14).<\/p>\n<p>Florida State&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Madeline Cohen\u00a0<\/strong>won the women&#8217;s 100 back in 52.65, while Auburn finished 2-3 with Tetzloff (53.26) and\u00a0<strong>Erin Faulconer\u00a0<\/strong>(53.70).<\/p>\n<p>Kaliszak got under 46 to win the men&#8217;s 100 back, edging out his teammate Waddell, who came in at 46.01. Georgia Tech&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Rodrigo Correia\u00a0<\/strong>grabbed third in 46.62.<\/p>\n<p>The only diving event of the night was the women&#8217;s three-meter, and it was won by Georgia Tech&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Cami Hidalgo\u00a0<\/strong>with a score of 325.55. Auburn&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Allison Maillard\u00a0<\/strong>(318.35) and Florida State&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Ayla Bonniwell\u00a0<\/strong>(299.95) rounded out the top three.<\/p>\n<p>Alabama won yet another relay in the women&#8217;s 800 free, with Kullman,\u00a0<strong>Lydia Jackson<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Mia Nonnenberg<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Julia Kukla\u00a0<\/strong>finishing in 7:12.05. Georgia Tech finished second with Wang,\u00a0<strong>Emily Ilgenfritz<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Celine Nugent\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Kitchens (7:13.63), and South Carolina&#8217;s foursome of\u00a0<strong>Heather Merritt<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Edith Lingmann<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Emily Cornell\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Barksdale took third in 7:14.13.<\/p>\n<p>The Crimson Tide continued their win streak through the men&#8217;s 800 free relay by putting together a team of Howard, <strong>Matthew Adams<\/strong>, <strong>Christian Arseneau<\/strong> and <strong>Christopher Reid<\/strong> who put up a 6:25.19 for the win.\u00a0Right behind\u00a0were\u00a0the Yellow Jackets with their team of <strong>Caio Pumputis<\/strong>, Correia, <strong>Christian Ferraro<\/strong> and <strong>Colton Williamson<\/strong> (6:25.58).
