The team&#8217;s girls were led by their freshman. They scored 308 points to secure victory ahead of Ascension Episcopal School with 265 points. The boys were dominant with 417 points, ahead of Pope John Paul II and Esa which tied for second with 200 points\u00a0each.<\/p>\n<h2>Girls<\/h2>\n<p>Ascension Episcopal dominated the 200 medley relay with\u00a0<strong>Ashley Gill<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Sophie Sierveld<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Jillian Barczyk\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Grace Sheets\u00a0<\/strong>touching in 1:54.02.<\/p>\n<p>Gill was runner up in the 50 free (25.03) behind Northlake Christian&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Sage Angeletti\u00a0<\/strong>(24.93). The freshman Gill then won the 100 backstroke in 59.63, the only swimmer under a minute.<\/p>\n<p>Sierveld, also a freshman, won the 100 free in 54.85, just .01 ahead of McGehee freshman\u00a0<strong>Peyton McQueen\u00a0<\/strong>(54.86). Sierveld was also runner up in the 100 breaststroke (1:12.75) behind Esa&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Isabella Buttaci\u00a0<\/strong>(1:10.34).<\/p>\n<p>Barczyk dominated the 200 freestyle with a 1:50.92, just off her own division record. She also cleared five minutes (4:57.58) in the 500 free.<\/p>\n<p>Calvary Baptist&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Sarah Holt\u00a0<\/strong>won the 200 IM (2:11.00) and 100 fly (57.71).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caroline Horne<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Molly McDowell<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Liberty Haase\u00a0<\/strong>and Holt topped the 200 freestyle relay in 1:50.27.\u00a0Ascension&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Lily Dore<\/strong>, Sheets, Gill, and Barczyk raced to a 3:52.67 for 400 freestyle relay gold.<\/p>\n<h2>Boys<\/h2>\n<p>Isidore Newman was winning\u00a0from the get-go.\u00a0<strong>Pierce Thionville<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Nathanial Kramer<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Connor Page<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Melle Koper\u00a0<\/strong>won the 200 medley relay in 1:43.83. Esa&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Lazar Papp<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Ryan Rhoades<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Michael de la Rose<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Dylan Fowler\u00a0<\/strong>weren&#8217;t far behind in 1:45.03, well ahead of the rest of the field.<\/p>\n<p>Ascension freshman\u00a0<strong>Jack Aldridge\u00a0<\/strong>edged Isidore freshman Thionville 1:47.14 to 1:47.59 in the 200 freestyle. Aldridge also won the 100 fly in 53.54.
