Riverview relied on its depth to outswim the competition.<\/p>\n<p>The team from Lake Brantley edged the Buchholz group 1:33.72 to 1:33.99 to win the 200 medley relay.\u00a0<strong>Jhon Moncada<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Cameron Claytor<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Gabe Parnell<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Robert Frankenstein<\/strong>\u00a0swam for Lake Brantley while Buchholz put up\u00a0<strong>Mason Wilby<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Brandon Cheong<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Alexander Narvaez-Duckworth<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Julian Hill.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hill was back in the next event, taking 200 freestyle gold with his 1:37.68. In second was Riverview senior\u00a0<strong>Brendan Firlie\u00a0<\/strong>(1:38.57). Also under 1:40 was Fleming Island&#8217;s senior\u00a0<strong>Nick Hackett\u00a0<\/strong>(1:39.61).<\/p>\n<p>Countryside&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Robert Finke\u00a0<\/strong>eeked out a 200 IM victory, touching in 1:47.41, just ahead of fellow senior Parnell in 1:47.50. Finke sped ahead of the field in the 500 free, winning with a 4:18.74.\u00a0Firlie finished second (4:25.59) and Hill (4:28.31) rounded out the podium.<\/p>\n<p>Park Vista senior\u00a0<strong>Kyle DiMatteo\u00a0<\/strong>held his top seed in the 50 free, earning gold in 20.42. He made it a dominant sprint double with a 44.45 in the 100 free. In between Wilby won the 100 fly (48.12) ahead of Hackett (48.89).<\/p>\n<p>Fleming Island&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Jacob Thompson<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Jack Neeley<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Drew Heinton<\/strong>, and Hackett combined for a 1:24.82 to win the 200 freestyle relay.<\/p>\n<p>Countryside senior\u00a0<strong>Joey Licht\u00a0<\/strong>out touched Wilby 49.56 to 49.58 for the 100 backstroke victory. Riverview&#8217;s senior\u00a0<strong>Brett Riley\u00a0<\/strong>(50.60) finished third.<\/p>\n<p>The 100 breaststroke went to Parnell in 56.07. Finishing second was Winter Park&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Hector Rodriguez\u00a0<\/strong>(56.88) and Treasure Coast junior\u00a0<strong>Daniel Varon\u00a0<\/strong>(57.01) finished third.<\/p>\n<p>Riverview wrapped up the meet with\u00a0<strong>Alexander Gardner<\/strong>,\u00a0Firlie,\u00a0<strong>JJ Corrigan<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Rene Strezenicky\u00a0<\/strong>posting a 3:05.23 for the 400 freestyle relay victory.<\/p>\n<p>Riverview (Sarasota) ran away with the meet, scoring a total of 278.5 points.
