NEW COMMIT: Ashleigh Allen<\/strong>, a senior at Clarkston High School in Calrkston, Michigan, has verbally committed to swim for Wayne State University beginning in the 2018-2019 season. Allen swims for her high school under\u00a0Coach Amber Miller<\/strong>. She’s serving as a captain this year and has received All-County and All-League awards in her high school career. Allen does her year round swimming with Kingfish Aquatic Club of Waterford where she swims for\u00a0Coach Brad Brockway<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Wayne State finished second at the GLIAC Championships last year. Allen would have finished seventh in the mile, Wayne State’s second best finisher.
