For more information about Agon, visit their website <a href=\"https:\/\/agonswim.com\/\">AgonSwim.com<\/a>.<\/i><\/i><\/i><\/p>\n<p>At the 2017 Idaho High School Swimming State Championships the same team won the boys and the girls 1-3A, 4A, and 5A meets .<\/p>\n<h1>Girls<\/h1>\n<h2>1-3A<\/h2>\n<p>Kimberly High won with 120 points. The team swept the relays. Few 1A-3A swimmers contested individual events.\u00a0<strong>Julia Cummings\u00a0<\/strong>of Bonners Ferry won the 100 back (1:05.47). Riverstone&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Christina Uhlenbrock\u00a0<\/strong>won the 100 fly (1:04.49)<\/p>\n<h2>4A<\/h2>\n<p>In a tight team battle Bishop Kelly beat Idaho Falls 228 to 226.<\/p>\n<p>Idaho Falls won the 200 medley relay by six seconds in 1:52.58 with the team of\u00a0<strong>Tayla Liddle<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Andrea Perttula<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Kailee Puetz<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Shaylee Liddle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Boise out touched Idaho Falls for the 200 freestyle relay 1:41.87 to 1:41.96.<\/p>\n<p>Idaho falls picked up a victory in the 100 breast when\u00a0Perttula touched in 1:06.26. She was also second in the 50 free (24.18) behind Sandpoint&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Payton Bokowy\u00a0<\/strong>(23.96). Bokowy won the 100 free (51.56).<\/p>\n<p>Bishop Kelly&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Anika Rubocki\u00a0<\/strong>won the 200 IM with a 2:11.89. Rubocki,\u00a0<strong>Claire Souza<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Brooke Hughes<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Nikita Rubocki\u00a0<\/strong>won the 400 freestyle relay (3:43.43).<\/p>\n<h2>5A<\/h2>\n<p>Boise High ran away with the victory, totaling 239 points. The team won all three relays.\u00a0<strong>Maggie Erwin\u00a0<\/strong>of Boise finished second overall in 1:55.94, winning the 5A event. She was also third in the 500 free in 5:10.08. Her senior teammate\u00a0<strong>Sammie Eyolfson\u00a0<\/strong>won that event in 4:59.71. Eyolfson also dominated the 100 breast in 1:03.61.\u00a0<strong>Isabel Swafford\u00a0<\/strong>was also a winner for Boise, touching in 57.92 in the 100 back.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Charity Pittard\u00a0<\/strong>of Rocky Mountain HS won the 100 fly in 56.90. She also topped the 200 IM (2:02.80).<\/p>\n<p>Eagle High&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Sydney Christensen\u00a0<\/strong>won the 50 free (24.59) and was second in the 100 free (55.30) behind Century&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Kelsey Bilodeau-Byrd<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h1>Boys<\/h1>\n<h2>1-3A<\/h2>\n<p>With 136 points Kimberly High won the meet and swept the relays. As in the girls meet, only a few 1-3A swimmers raced in individual events. Northwest Academy&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Wiesner Charlie\u00a0<\/strong>won the 100 free in 49.07. He also won the 50 free in 22.09.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cameron Langdon\u00a0<\/strong>of Nampa Christian won the 200 IM (2:08.08) and 100 back (58.59). Kimberly&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Tyler Lloyd\u00a0<\/strong>won the 200 free (1:54.06) and was second in the 100 free (51.01).<\/p>\n<h2>4A<\/h2>\n<p>Bishop Kelly had 253 points for the victory. The team won the 200 medley and 200 freestyle relay. Century took the 400 freestyle relay title. The team&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Thomas Roark,<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/ymca-national-champ-thomas-roark-gives-verbal-nod-to-lsu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">an LSU commit<\/a>,\u00a0won the 100 (45.45) and 50 (21.16) free.<\/p>\n<p>Idaho Falls&#8217;\u00a0<strong>Are Steen\u00a0<\/strong>won the 200 free (1:49.64). He was also third in the 500 free (5:01.80) behind a pair of Bishop Kelly freshmen:\u00a0<strong>Gabe Machado\u00a0<\/strong>(4:38.21) and\u00a0<strong>Randon Hall\u00a0<\/strong>(4:55.81). Machado also won the 100 back (52.91).<\/p>\n<p>Wood River&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Zach Deal\u00a0<\/strong>broke a minute (58.69) to win the 100 breaststroke. He also topped the 200 IM (1:58.03).<\/p>\n<h2>5A<\/h2>\n<p>Like the girls, Boise was dominant with 331 points.\u00a0Eagle High School won the 200 freestyle relay in 1:31.26 while Boise took the 200 medley and 400 freestyle relays.<\/p>\n<p>Boise&#8217;s freshman\u00a0<strong>Nathan Quarterman\u00a0<\/strong>was first to the wall in the 200 free (1:42.97). Capital&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Paul Shutt\u00a0<\/strong>(1:44.97) took runner up honors.<\/p>\n<p>Boise also won the 50 free with a 21.90 from\u00a0<strong>Gage Dewsbury<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong>Carson Sargent\u00a0<\/strong>of Eagle touched second (22.02). Dewsbury won the 100 in 48.25. Touching second was Coeur D&#8217;Alene&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Gabe Markowski\u00a0<\/strong>(48.61).<\/p>\n<p>In the 100 fly\u00a0<strong>Miachel Chang<\/strong>, a Boise senior, was first to the wall in 51.19, not far ahead of\u00a0<strong>Aren Kariotis\u00a0<\/strong>of Lake City in 51.67.<\/p>\n<p>Century&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Jackson Cunningham\u00a0<\/strong>took 200 IM gold (1:53.71) while Post Falls&#8217;\u00a0<strong>Jonathan Archer\u00a0<\/strong>(1:55.48) finished second. Cunningham was also first to the wall in the 500 free (4:40.43).
