NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Brooke Woellert\u00a0<\/strong>of the Cincinnati Marlins has announced her verbal commitment to swim for Florida Gulf Coast University, beginning in the 2018-2019 season. Woellert is from Cincinnati, Ohio and swims for the Cincinnati Marlins. She’s a senior at Mariemont High School.<\/p>\n

At last year’s Coastal Collegiate Sports Association Championships she would have been a 100 backstroke B finalist. The Eagles had two sophomores in the A final-\u00a0Doris Eichhorn\u00a0<\/strong>(53.65)\u00a0and\u00a0Kiley Eble\u00a0<\/strong>(55.29). They’ll be training partners for Woellert for\u00a0one year. In the 100 breaststroke Woellert would also be a B finalist.
