Additionally, the service academies picked up their first public verbals with a pair of prospects pledging to Navy and Air Force.<\/p>\n

Marni Oldershaw, whose profile<\/a> in the Swimming World<\/i> College Recruit Rankings ranks her with a five-star ranking, is on her way to Michigan. The Canadian, who trains at Oakville Aquatic Club and preps at Iroquois Ridge High School, owns top times in backstroke and IM events: 100m back 1:03.19; 200m back 2:16.21; 200m IM 2:17.20; 400m IM 4:49.65. <\/p>\n

Kierra Smith, whose profile<\/a> in the Swimming World<\/i> College Recruit Rankings ranks her with a five-star ranking, will be calling Minneapolis home after committing to Minnesota. Smith is an all-around dangerous recruit with strong times in the breaststroke and IM events: 100m breast 1:09.40; 200m breast 2:27.93; 200m IM 2:19.01; 400m IM 4:52.35. She trains with Liquid Lightning in Canada, and preps at Immaculata Regional High School.<\/p>\n

Matt Ellis, whose profile<\/a> in the Swimming World<\/i> College Recruit Rankings ranks him with a five-star ranking, is heading to Georgia to compete in the Southeastern Conference. Ellis, who trains at Nitro Swimming and preps at Westlake High School, will provide the Bulldogs with a nice threat in multiple events with senior national cuts in: 50m free 0:23.49; 100m free 0:50.36; 100m fly 0:54.02; 200m fly 2:03.02.<\/p>\n

Four-star Noah Martin<\/a> is on his way to the U.S. Naval Academy. Martin, who trains with York YMCA is a distance freestyler with a senior national cut in the 1500-meter free (15:54.68). <\/p>\n

Four-star Bryan Draganosky<\/a> will be attending Louisville in the fall. Draganosky, who trains with Germantown Academy, has a senior national cut in the 1500-meter free (15:44.03). <\/p>\n

Four-star Maclin Davis<\/a> will be attending Southern California. Davis is a butterfly specialist who trains with the Nashville Aquatic Club and preps at Montgomery Bell Academy. He owns a senior national cut in the 100-meter fly (53.23). <\/p>\n

Four-star Christopher DePietro<\/a> is heading to Big Ten country as a member of the Ohio State Buckeyes. DePietro trains at Lancaster & Fairfield YMCA, and preps at Lancaster High School. He owns a senior national cut in the 400-meter IM (4:32.74). <\/p>\n

Three-star Christian McCurdy<\/a> is on his way to North Carolina State. McCurdy, who trains with the Fox Chapel Killer Whales and preps at Penn Trafford High School, owns a cavalcade of junior national cuts: 800m free 8:35.04; 200m fly 2:05.43; 400m IM 4:37.11; 50y free 0:20.89; 500y free 4:29.72; 100y fly 0:49.43; 200y fly 1:48.46; 400y IM 3:57.36.<\/p>\n
