Born and raised in Stockton, California, Padilla swims for Tiger Aquatics and is a senior at Saint Mary&#8217;s High School<\/p>\n<p>She told Swimming World,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;I chose to verbal at the University of the Pacific because it&#8217;s my home and I love the team&#8217;s vibe. The University of the Pacific has been my home pool for 5 years. I couldn&#8217;t see myself anywhere else.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Her best times are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 Back 56.70<\/li>\n<li>50 Back 27.26<\/li>\n<li>100 Fly 57.24<\/li>\n<li>200 Back 2:08.13<\/li>\n<li>200 Fly 2:11.18<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Last year her best 100 back time would have been good for 15th at the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships.\u00a0<strong>Isabella Green\u00a0<\/strong>(56.36) and\u00a0<strong>Cai Hong Singh\u00a0<\/strong>(57.32) were sophomores in that B final. They&#8217;ll be seniors in Padilla&#8217;s first year.
