He reflected some on how he helped advance the careers of\u00a0<strong>Ryan Held<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Simonas Bilis\u00a0<\/strong>and other Wolfpack swimmers.<\/p>\n<p>Next, he gave some insight into the building of a new program, including\u00a0what were the first objectives he sought to fulfill after arriving on campus and why he targeted specific coaches such as\u00a0<strong>Tyler Fenwick<\/strong>.
