She can join a 200 free group that will likely be led by <strong>Edith Lingmann<\/strong>.\u00a0South Carolina&#8217;s 200 backstrokers will still include\u00a0<strong>Emily Cornell.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>McGovern told\u00a0<em>Swimming World<\/em>,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;I am so excited to be able to commit to the University of South Carolina!
