Perfect form. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/GOBLUE?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#GOBLUE<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/uBZXGncavV\">pic.twitter.com\/uBZXGncavV<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Michigan Swimming &amp; Diving (@umichswimdive) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/umichswimdive\/status\/914147005190017025?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">September 30, 2017<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/div>\n<p>The Big Ten season continues this week with more teams in action.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a look at this week\u2019s meets:<\/p>\n<h3>Minnesota at Florida St.<\/h3>\n<p>The marquee meet of the week is Minnesota at Florida State.<\/p>\n<p>The Golden Gophers have had some dominant swimmers in years passed and will look to continue that trend. <strong>Nick Plachinski<\/strong> is coming off three first-place finishes in the Speedo Sectionals in August. He will be a key figure for the Golden Gophers this season as Minnesota looks to hang with teams like Michigan, Indiana, Ohio State and Wisconsin.<\/p>\n<h3>Michigan State, Northern Iowa at Iowa<\/h3>\n<p>After an extremely close football game between Michigan State and Iowa this week, the swim teams square off to open Big Ten competition.<\/p>\n<p>The meet is Oct. 5-6 and will provide a good start for the conference.<\/p>\n<p>Iowa is a team looking to rise from the middle to the top of the Big Ten, while Michigan State is aiming to get out of the bottom rung of the Big Ten.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Rutgers at the Florida Gulf Coast Classic<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Rutgers will head south for the Florida Gulf Coast Classic on Oct. 6-7.<\/p>\n<p>The Scarlett Knights will use the experience of this opening classic as a springboard into the season.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Dan D&#8217;Addona.
