The White team won the meet with 116 points, ahead of the Scarlet team\u2019s 106.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_6218845227330179885MsoNoSpacing\"><span class=\"m_6218845227330179885apple-converted-space\">\u201cThere were\u00a0some great swims and dives today,\u201d said head coach <b>Petra Martin<\/b>. \u201cWe\u2019re happy with where we are after just three weeks of training. We\u2019re about to pick up the intensity in training and really start to get ready for our first meet, so it was nice to see some good swims in our home pool.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_6218845227330179885MsoNoSpacing\"><span class=\"m_6218845227330179885apple-converted-space\">Senior <b>Addison Walkowiak<\/b> started the day for the Scarlet side with a first place finish in 1-meter diving with a score of 322.86.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_6218845227330179885MsoNoSpacing\"><span class=\"m_6218845227330179885apple-converted-space\">White took the lead 62-53 on the back of wins from sophomore <b>Alexandra Fabugais-Inaba<\/b> (200-yard freestyle), freshman <b>Delaney Carey<\/b> (100-yard breaststroke), junior <b>Francesca Stoppa <\/b>(200-yard butterfly), junior <b>Vera Koprivova <\/b>(100-yard backstroke) and senior captain <b>Karli Rymer <\/b>(50-yard freestyle).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_6218845227330179885MsoNoSpacing\"><span class=\"m_6218845227330179885apple-converted-space\">Scarlet, meanwhile, was led by first place finishes from sophomore <b>Francesca Bertotto <\/b>in the 1,000-yard freestyle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_6218845227330179885MsoNoSpacing\"><span class=\"m_6218845227330179885apple-converted-space\">Fabugais-Inaba won her second race of the day in the 200-yard backstroke for the White team, outdueling school record holder Koprivova. Carey boosted White\u2019s lead with her second victory of the afternoon in the 200-yard breaststroke.
