NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Lindsey Soule<\/strong>, a senior at Crescent Valley High School in Corvallis, Oregon, has verbally committed to swim at the University of Nevada beginning in the fall of 2018. Soule swims for Corvallis Aquatic Team. A two time USA Swimming Scholastic All-American, Soule is very involved in the sport, serving as the Senior Athlete Representative on the Oregon Swimming Board of Directors.<\/p>\n

She told\u00a0Swimming World\u00a0<\/em>about her decision,<\/p>\n

“I am looking forward to joining the Nevada Wolf Pack in the fall of 2018. Coach Brendon<\/strong> really took the time to get to know me as both a person and a swimmer, and the entire coaching staff and team were very welcoming and friendly when I visited the campus. I can\u2019t wait to help UNR continue their tradition of excellence in the Mountain West Conference. Go Pack!”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Soule is a backstroker and distance freestyler. At Santa Clara Futures this summer Soule won the 800 free<\/a>, finished third in the 200 back, and fifth in the 400 free. Her best SCY times include:<\/p>\n
