NEW COMMITS:<\/strong> The verbal commitments continue to roll in for the Wolfpack, this time with the addition of Swedish Olympian Sophie Hansson\u00a0<\/strong>and divers\u00a0Sami Nickerson\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Taylor Bennett\u00a0<\/strong>to the NC State Class of 2022.<\/p>\n

They\u00a0join a Wolfpack Class of 2022 that also includes\u00a0Emma Muzzy<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Shannon Kearney<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sophie Hansson<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Hansson swam the 100 breaststroke in Rio last summer, representing Sweden in her Olympic debut. She has continued to acquire international experience racing at Short Course Worlds last winter and Long Course Worlds in Budapest this summer.<\/p>\n

Hansson wrote,<\/p>\n

“The environment, coaches and swimmers made me feel at home and I am looking forward to be part of the wolf pack family next fall.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
