The Division I School in Youngstown, Ohio added <strong>Riley Ernst<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Mallory Pitstick<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Elizabeth Wompey\u00a0<\/strong>to the Class of 2022.<\/p>\n<h2>Riley Ernst<\/h2>\n<p>Ernst is from Hilliard, Ohio where she swims for United Swim Association. The Hilliard Davidson High School senior is fairly versatile, but strongest in the backstroke events.<\/p>\n<p>Her best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 Back 28.92<\/li>\n<li>100 Back 1:00.55<\/li>\n<li>200 Back 2:09.53<\/li>\n<li>200 Free 1:57.90<\/li>\n<li>200 IM 2:11.32<\/li>\n<li>100 Breast 1:08.41<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ernst will overlap for one year with backstroker\u00a0<strong>Natalie Laurence\u00a0<\/strong>(2:08.05) who should provide a good 200 training partner.\u00a0<strong>Paris Krung\u00a0<\/strong>(2:09.91) will be a junior when Ernst arrives next fall.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/twitter.com\/riley_ernst\/status\/909116344297193476?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw&#038;ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fswimswam.com%2Fyoungstown-state-gets-verbal-commitment-versatile-ohioan-riley-ernst%2F<\/p>\n<h2>Mallory Pitstick<\/h2>\n<p>Pitstick will join the Penguins from Ottawa, Illinois. The YMCA Nationals qualifying breaststroker swims for Kishwaukee YMCA\/DeKalb County Swim Team is a senior at Ottawa Township High School.<\/p>\n<p>Her top times are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 Breast 30.85<\/li>\n<li>100 Breast 1:06.26<\/li>\n<li>200 Breast 2:24.21<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At last year&#8217;s Conference Championship Pitstick would have\u00a0been a 100 breaststroke B finalist. She is a senior at Ralston Valley High School. She does her club swimming with Jeffco Hurricanes.<\/p>\n<p>Wompey is a freestyler who gets better with distance. Her top times are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 Free 1:57.52<\/li>\n<li>500 Free 5:12.28<\/li>\n<li>1000 Free 10:46.89<\/li>\n<li>1650 Free 17:48.67<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the 2017 Horizon League Championships Wompey would have touched 11th in the mile, picking up six points for the Penguins. She would have been on the heels of freshman\u00a0<strong>Taylor Bishop<\/strong>.
