Ohio State Swim Club&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/ben-kuriger-stays-local-verbally-commits-to-ohio-state\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Ben Kuriger<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0gave his verbal commitment to Ohio State University on Sunday and has since been joined by club teammate\u00a0<strong>Hudson McDaniel<\/strong>, as well as\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/lainw18\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\">Lain Weaver<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>RJ Kondalski<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Hudson McDaniel<\/h3>\n<p>McDaniel swims for Ohio State Swim Club and Ashland High School. At the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/cody-bybee-downs-joe-hudepohls-state-record-hawken-sweeps-ohio-d2-titles\/\" target=\"_blank\">2017 Ohio High School Division II State Championships<\/a> McDaniel won the 100 breaststroke. He also finished fifth in the 100 free.<\/p>\n<p>His best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 Breast 26.52<\/li>\n<li>100 Breast 55.90<\/li>\n<li>200 Breast 2:08.79<\/li>\n<li>50 Free 21.99<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>https:\/\/twitter.com\/HudsonZoom\/status\/907739826585309184<\/p>\n<h3>Lain Weaver<\/h3>\n<p>Weaver will head to Columbus from Madison, Wisconsin. He&#8217;s a butterflier at Madison West High School and Badger Aquatics Club.<\/p>\n<p>At the high school level Weaver earned two silver medals at last winter&#8217;s Wisconsin High School Division 1 State Championships. He touched second in the 50 free (21.10) and the 100 fly (49.75).<\/p>\n<p>His top times are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 Fly 22.60<\/li>\n<li>100 Fly 48.92<\/li>\n<li>200 Fly 1:50.25<\/li>\n<li>50 Free 21.10<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>RJ Kondalski<\/h3>\n<p>Kondalski is another in-state pickup for the Buckeyes. He&#8217;s a senior at Sylvania Southview High School where he is a USA Swimming Scholastic All-American.
