Last winter he won the 200 freestyle (1:38.15) and was 500 freestyle runner up (4:24.64). He&#8217;s also been the 500 freestyle state champ, taking home that gold medal as a sophomore.<\/p>\n<p>Paulson trains with Redbird Swim Club. His best times are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 Free 1:37.67<\/li>\n<li>500 Free 4:24.64<\/li>\n<li>1000 Free 9:08.54<\/li>\n<li>1650 Free 15:23.85<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the 2017 ACC Championships Paulson would have scored some points for the Cards.
