{"id":273475,"date":"2017-08-22T14:26:46","date_gmt":"2017-08-22T21:26:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/?p=273475"},"modified":"2017-08-22T14:26:46","modified_gmt":"2017-08-22T21:26:46","slug":"air-force-women-announce-2017-2018-schedule","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/air-force-women-announce-2017-2018-schedule\/","title":{"rendered":"Air Force Women Announce 2017-2018 Schedule"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Air Force women\u2019s swimming and diving team announced its 2017-18 schedule, according to head coaches Colleen Murphy and Stan Curnow.<\/p>\n<p>The swimmers will take part in the Blue\/Silver scrimmage on\u00a0Friday, Sept. 22 at 5 p.m.\u00a0while the divers will host their scrimmage on\u00a0Saturday, Oct. 1 at 9 a.m.\u00a0The first regular season meet for Air Force is the Intermountain Shootout hosted by Colorado Mesa from\u00a0Oct. 6 to Oct. 7. The Falcons then host back-to-back home meets, first on\u00a0Saturday, Oct. 14\u00a0against New Mexico\/Nebraska-Omaha and next on\u00a0Saturday, Oct. 21\u00a0as Colorado Mesa\/Colorado School of Mines come to visit Cadet Natatorium. Air Force will host Seattle, Incarnate Word and Northern Colorado from\u00a0Friday, Jan. 12 to Saturday, Jan. 13\u00a0and welcome in Colorado State on\u00a0Friday, Jan. 26. The final home meet will come from\u00a0Friday, Feb. 2 to Saturday, Feb. 3\u00a0as the Falcons host the AFA Diving Invitational.
