WILLIAM and Mary Director of Swimming Matt Crispino &#039;02 announced the addition of 10 outstanding women to the Tribe squad today, covering every stroke and distance in the NCAA program with several projected to compete at the national level over the next four years.  W&#038;M is coming off an 8-5 season and fourth-place showing at the Colonial Athletic Association Championships in 2011-12.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are very excited about this group of 10 young women who will be joining the program this fall,&#8221; said Crispino.  &#8220;We knew very early on that it would be a special group. Lindsey [Winston] and Courtney [Mizerak] were the first two commits, and that really got the ball rolling in the right direction. Overall, the incoming class covers every stroke at every distance. They are smart, highly motivated, well rounded, and several have the potential to swim at the national level. They will help form an important nucleus of a women&#039;s team that should continue climbing the CAA ranks.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Following is a brief look at each member of the incoming class:<\/p>\n<p>Rachel Cortright &#8211;
