Read below for event-by-event full coverage from the session.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/results\/2017-us-open-championships-day-3\/usa-senior-national\/2017\/August\/2\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Full results<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Women&#8217;s 400 IM<\/h3>\n<p>Missouri&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Sharli Brady\u00a0<\/strong>swam an impressive race, leading through the first 200 meters and then regaining the lead after France&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Fantine LeSaffre\u00a0<\/strong>took over on the breaststroke leg. Brady held on to win in 4:42.70, while LeSaffre took second in 4:43.25.<\/p>\n<p>Metroplex&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Vanessa Pearl<\/strong> grabbed third in 4:44.80, while Alabama&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Mia Nonnenberg\u00a0<\/strong>finished about a second behind in fourth, clocking 4:45.87.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kay Sargent\u00a0<\/strong>finished fourth in 4:46.07, followed by Gator&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Hannah Burns\u00a0<\/strong>(4:46.88) and Y-Spartaquatics&#8217;\u00a0<strong>Savanna Faulconer\u00a0<\/strong>(4:47.64). Wattel&#8217;s time of 57.53 and Kendall&#8217;s 57.87 were both faster than the meet-record time of 58.18 set by\u00a0<strong>Elaine Breeden<\/strong> in 2009.<\/p>\n<p>The times now rank Wattel ninth in the world this year and Kendall tied for 12th. Longhorn&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Tripp Cooper\u00a0<\/strong>and Pleasanton Seahawks&#8217;\u00a0<strong>Maxime Rooney<\/strong> made it a race with five meters to go, but Josa came into the wall first in 52.15.<\/p>\n<p>Cooper was second in 52.37, and Rooney took third in 52.45.
