She helped guide the Pioneers to three-consecutive Summit League titles since joining during the 2013-2014 season and was nominated for the CollegeSwimming.com 2016 Assistant Coach of the Year award.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Our entire team is so excited to welcome Alicia, her husband Bryan, and their three children, Genevieve, Adelaide, and Spencer to Minnesota!\u201d said Kremer. \u201cIt is very important that we surround our student athletes with the best people possible, and Alicia is certainly one of the best people and coaches in this profession.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As a Gopher, Hicken-Franklin was nothing short of successful in her career from 1993-1997.
