With the awarding\u00a0of the 2024 Olympic Games between Paris and Los Angeles still in process, Olympic medals for seven years from now are not likely at the forefront of many peoples’ minds. The Paris 2024 organizers cannot be included in this population.<\/p>\n
Based on Paris’ long-standing history with the Olympic Games, the IOC evaluation committee praised the organizers on their creativity and authenticity in their 2024 bid<\/a>.\u00a0As of July 11, neither Paris nor L.A. has been awarded hosting duties, but the IOC is in support of awarding both the 2024 and 2028<\/a> Olympic Games this year.<\/p>\n Speculators believe that the IOC will award the first set of Games to Paris<\/a>, and the latter to L.A. Regardless of which time frame Paris receives, they are already working toward revolutionizing the Olympic Games via one of the event’s most classic details – the Olympic medals.<\/p>\n According to NBC Sports<\/a><\/em>, the Paris Olympic organizers have developed a thicker medal comprised of four parts.
