On the final day of the 2016 U.S. Olympic Trials, <strong>Connor Jaeger<\/strong> and <strong>Jordan Wilimovsky\u00a0<\/strong>were added to the team after stellar performances in the 1500 freestyle.<\/p>\n<p>Between veterans like <strong>Michael Phelps<\/strong> and <strong>Elizabeth Beisel<\/strong> and up-and-coming Olympic rookies <strong>Maya Dirado<\/strong> and <strong>Simone Manuel<\/strong>, team USA set themselves up for a successful trip to Rio.<\/p>\n<p>The American 2016 Olympic Team was ready to take on the world.<\/p>\n<p><em>Swimming World<\/em> is recounting all the highlights from the 2016 U.S. Olympic Team Trials through a series of Splashbacks.
