Kalisz won both IM&#8217;s at the Phillips 66 USA Swimming Nationals in Indianapolis. He won the 200 on Saturday night with an impressive 1:56.51. He will be joined in Budapest by 20-year-old <strong>Abrahm DeVine<\/strong> from Stanford who was second at 1:56.79. DeVine beat Cal&#8217;s <strong>Josh Prenot<\/strong> who was third at 1:57.14. DeVine will be swimming in his first major international meet in three weeks as the Seattle native dropped a huge best time.<\/p>\n<p>Prenot will be not going to Budapest as he was also third in the 200 breast final on Wednesday. <strong>Gunnar Bentz<\/strong> (1:58.31), <strong>Will Licon<\/strong> (1:58.90), <strong>Jay Litherland<\/strong> (1:59.53), <strong>Michael Weiss<\/strong> (1:59.62) and <strong>Grant Sanders<\/strong> (2:01.86) also competed in the A-final.<\/p>\n<p>The USA has not lost the 200 IM at the World Championships since 2001 when <strong>Massi Rosolino<\/strong> of Italy won the world title. Phelps and Ryan Lochte won every world title since then.
