FOR the third time in her career, FAST&#39;s Katie Hoff has earned a spot on <i>Swimming World Magazine&#39;s<\/i> cover.  This time, she drew the cover by way of an outstanding cover story by <i>Swimming World<\/i> senior writer John Lohn.<\/p>\n<p>Lohn looks into how Hoff has re-emerged onto the American swimming scene after a few down years that included a training camp change from North Baltimore to Fullerton, Calif. <\/p>\n<p>Hoff has been on the cover of <i>Swimming World Magazine<\/i> two previous times.  First in August 2004, then as part of a three-person cover in July 2007 that included Natalie Coughlin and Kate Ziegler.
