Instead, Olympians\u00a0<strong>Leah Smith<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Elizabeth Beisel<\/strong> will represent Team USA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chase Kalisz<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Jay Litherland<\/strong> topped the men&#8217;s competition in the 400 IM, while\u00a0<strong>Lilly King<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Kevin Cordes<\/strong> sprinted to the tops of the 50 breaststroke.<\/p>\n<p><em>Swimming World&#8217;s<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><strong>Peter H.
