Smoliga spoke with\u00a0<em>Swimming World\u00a0<\/em>Wednesday morning, before she jumps into the 50 and 100 back.<\/p>\n<p>Smoliga explained why she&#8217;s excited to have her spot on the World Champs team taken care of before her best events and how she is adapting to racing freestyle long course after so much success in the NCAA format.
