I talked to the athletic director\u00a0<strong>Earl Edwards\u00a0<\/strong>last night, and I agreed to accept the head men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s coaching job at UC-San Diego,&#8221; Marsh said. &#8220;They have arguably one of the best training facilities in the world, two 50-meter pools side-by-side and a great weight room.&#8221;<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Marsh has spent the last decade coaching in Charlotte, first with SwimMAC Carolina, and since <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/david-marsh-officially-splits-with-swimmac\/\" target=\"_blank\">he officially split with SwimMAC<\/a> this year, as coach of Team Elite Aquatics.
