He was the Olympic gold medalist in the 100 fly last summer in Rio. Longhorn teammate\u00a0<strong>Bryce Bohman\u00a0<\/strong>took second in 24.43, one hundredth ahead of Aggie&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Turker Ayar\u00a0<\/strong>(24.44).<\/p>\n<p>Haas, representing Texas and Nova of Virginia, won the men&#8217;s 400 free in 3:35.34. He was followed by Nitro&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Chris Yeager\u00a0<\/strong>(3:57.37) and North Texas Nadadores&#8217;\u00a0<strong>Jack LeVant\u00a0<\/strong>(4:01.65).<\/p>\n<p>Aggie&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Claire Rasmus\u00a0<\/strong>picked up two wins on the night. She first took first in the women&#8217;s 100 free in 56.03, followed by Aggie&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Julia Cook\u00a0<\/strong>(56.56) and Magnolia&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Lucie Nordmann<\/strong> (57.34). Rasmus was back later in the night in the 400 free, finishing in the 400 free in 4:15.37 to beat out teammate\u00a0<strong>Sarah Gibson<\/strong> (4:15.37) and Texas Ford&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Gabrielle Kopenski<\/strong> (4:18.01).<\/p>\n<p>Longhorn&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Andrew Wilson\u00a0<\/strong>barely held off teammate and NCAA champion\u00a0<strong>Will Licon\u00a0<\/strong>to win the men&#8217;s 200 breast, 2:12.11 to 2:12.19. Third went to Aggie&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Benjamin Walker\u00a0<\/strong>in 2:18.55.<\/p>\n<p>In the corresponding women&#8217;s event, Texas A&amp;M swimmers swept the top three spots.\u00a0<strong>Sydney Pickrem\u00a0<\/strong>won in 2:26.80, followed by\u00a0<strong>Ashley McGregor\u00a0<\/strong>(2:27.76) and\u00a0<strong>Bethany Galat\u00a0<\/strong>(2:28.80). Galat was third in the event at U.S. Olympic Trials last year, while McGregor will represent Canada in the event this summer at the World Championships. Pickrem will be at Worlds in Budapest but was DQed at Canada&#8217;s Trials in the 200 breast.<\/p>\n<p>Nordmann<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>took down Aggie&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Lisa Bratton<\/strong> to win the women&#8217;s 200 back, 2:11.15 to 2:11.77. Nordmann&#8217;s time ranks her as the eighth-fastest American this yer. Nitro&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Brittany Thompson\u00a0<\/strong>was third in 2:19.78.<\/p>\n<p>Nitro&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Jonathan Roberts\u00a0<\/strong>cruised to a win in the men&#8217;s 200 back, touching in 1:59.43. Aggie&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Brock Bonetti\u00a0<\/strong>grabbed second in 2:01.99, and Nitro&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Sean Grieshop\u00a0<\/strong>was well back in third in 2:05.18.<\/p>\n<p>Gibson finished atop the field in the women&#8217;s 50 fly, touching in 27.10 to beat out a pair of young teenagers. Magnolia&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Lillie Nordmann<\/strong> was second in 27.78, and Lakeside&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Kit Kat Zenick<\/strong> took third in 27.90.<\/p>\n<p>Tidewater&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Patrick Callan<\/strong> won the men&#8217;s 100 free in 50.93, ahead of LeVant (51.11) and Longhorn&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Jacob
