The world of nutrition can be murky and contradictory, so pull up a chair at this table of champions to understand why swim stars take food seriously.<\/p>\n<p>In this month\u2019s \u201cAround The Table\u201d pull up a chair at <strong>Kelsi Worrell&#8217;s<\/strong>\u00a0training table, and discover a sample daily menu of the 2016 Olympian.\u00a0<em>Swimming World\u2019s<\/em>\u00a0nutrition guru,\u00a0<strong>Tasija Karosas<\/strong>, provides the nutritional explanations while the photos are provided by Worrell\u00a0herself.<\/p>\n<p>Worrell explained to Swimming World&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Annie Grevers<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #008000;\">&#8220;I first started paying attention to my nutrition in college, particularly my junior and senior years when a nutritionist became available for our team.
