Pilot's Evan Pinion crushed the meet record in the men's 1650 free with a 15:02.07. That swim eclipsed the 15:11.41 set by The Woodland's Ediz Yildrimer last year. Yildrimer earned second in 15:03.66, also under his old mark. Dynamo's Matias Koski took third in 15:12.74. <\/p>\n
Great Lakes' William Hamilton followed up his double meet-record night last night with another meet mark tonight in the men's 200 fly. Hamilton dropped a 1:44.46 in the event to clear Dakota Hodgson's 2009 standard of 1:46.09. Swim Pasadena's Young Tae Seo touched second in 1:46.80, while Spokane Area's Coleman Allen finished third in 1:47.15. <\/p>\n
Michigan Lakeshore's Courtney Bartholomew twice lowered the women's 200 back meet record. First, she clocked a 1:54.10 in prelims before winning the finale in 1:53.16. Blue Tide's Jillian Vitarius finished second in 1:54.55, while Raleigh's Henriette Stenkvist touched third in 1:54.98.<\/p>\n
Corvallis' Jacob Pebley led a trio of swimmers under the meet record in the men's 200 back with a winning 1:42.73. Bolles' Ryan Murphy (1:43.48) and Greenwood Tiger's Jared Markham (1:44.31) also cleared Markham's 2009 standard of 1:45.21. Murphy, 15, took down the 15-16 U.S. National Age Group record in the event, clipping Markham's previous NAG of 1:43.66.<\/p>\n
Sun Devil's Mary Olsen raced to victory in the women's 200 breast with a meet-record 2:10.03. Aquajets' Abigail Duncan also cleared the meet mark with a second-place 2:10.75, besting Katie Edwards' 2008 time of 2:11.22. First Colony's Romy Landeck rounded out the top three in 2:12.35. <\/p>\n
Loyola Blakefield's Tanya Kylliainen cruised in the women's 200 fly with a meet-standard 1:56.01. That swim eclipsed the previous record of 1:56.52 set by Cammile Adams in 2008. Y-Spartaquatics' Haley Lips took second in 1:57.61, while Crimson's Rachel Moore grabbed third in 1:57.78. <\/p>\n
Swim Pasadena's Kathryn Campbell captured the women's 1650 free title in 16:18.30, while La Mirada Armada's Nicole Change touched second in 16:26.48. Crow Canyon's Taylor Nanfria snared third in 16:28.06. <\/p>\n
First Colony's Madeline Focus picked up the women's 100 free title in 49.01. Star's Faith Johnson placed second in 49.23, while Nicole Barczak wound up third in 49.56. Golden Ram's Andrew Kosic followed with a 44.19 to win the men's 100 free. Hamilton earned second in 44.40, while Blue Dolfins' Matthew Curby finished third in 44.74. <\/p>\n
Nitro's Zachary Gunn touched out Seo, 1:58.56 to 1:58.91, in the men's 200 breast. Orinda's Steven Stumph also clocked a 1:58 with a third-place 1:58.95. Dynamo's Gunnar Bentz, 14, lowered the 13-14 U.S. National Age Group record with a sixth-place 2:01.67. That swim smashed Ben Decker's 2005 NAG of 2:02.89.<\/p>\n

Bolles' Ryan Murphy, Teo D'Alessandro, George Frank and Colin Hamilton also bettered the meet record with a second-place 3:01.03. Bolles held the previous record with a 3:01.72 set last year.<\/p>\n
