Following him was Japan&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Shogo Takeda<\/strong> for second place in 15:17.23. Takeda just out touched his teammate\u00a0<strong>Shingo Nakaya<\/strong>, who finished third in 15:17.24.<\/p>\n<p>Mexico&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Ricardo David Vargas Jacobo<\/strong> came in fourth in 15:17.83. He was followed by Stanford&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>True Sweetser<\/strong> who was fifth in 15:23.95.\u00a0<strong>Kohei Yamamoto<\/strong>, another Japanese swimmer, placed sixth in 15:27.30.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Taketomo Tani<\/strong>, also of Japan, touched seventh in 15:38.74, while PEAK&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Ben Lawless<\/strong> was eighth in 15:41.19.<\/p>\n<pre><b>Event 28
