Cox is now the second fastest American this year in the event behind <strong>Katie Ledecky<\/strong> (4:38.16). Cox used her back half to pull away from veteran <strong>Elizabeth Beisel<\/strong> (4:40.00) and Stanford&#8217;s <strong>Allie Szekely<\/strong> (4:41.10).
