Smith was able to hold off Litherland to finish first with a time of 3:49.40, while Litherland collected second with a 3:50.96.<\/p>\n Marcela Acosta<\/strong> collected the bronze with a third-place finish of 3:52.49, just ahead of\u00a0True Sweetser<\/strong>.
