Alshammar, fresh off a World Cup circuit victory, won her pet event in the women's 50 fly with a 25.21. That swim beat her previously top-ranked time of 25.24 set at the Singapore stop of the World Cup. Sarah Sjostrom finished second in 25.82 to move to 11th in the world, while Martina Granstrom finished third in 26.65. <\/p>\n
Jennie Johansson held off Joline Hostman, 30.40 to 30.66, in the women's 50 breast. Johansson owns the top-ranked time in the world with a 30.10 from the Stockholm stop of the World Cup. Hostman moved to ninth in the rankings with her time. Una Finnman placed third in 31.52. <\/p>\n
Petra Granlund touched out Sara Thyden, 2:10.41 to 2:10.98, for the women's 200 IM title. Granlund moved to 13th in the rankings, while Thyden took 20th. Ida Sandin took third in 2:11.07 for 21st. <\/p>\n
Kristian Kron set a meet record in the men's 200 back with a 1:55.52. That swim beat Mattias Carlsson's 1:56.15 from 2009 and moved Kron to 25th in the world rankings. Carlsson (1:57.48) and Konstantin Sundin (1:58.78) took second and third. <\/p>\n
Jesper Jonsson won the men's 200 fly in 2:00.96. Viktor Bjork (2:02.55) and Alexander Linge (2:02.87) earned second and third. Stefan Nystrand cruised to victory in the men's 50 free with a 21.64. He's been faster with a fifth-ranked season best of 21.32 from the Stockholm stop of the World Cup. Petter Stymen (21.93) and Robin Andreasson (22.18) placed second and third. <\/p>\n
Gabriella Fagundez topped the women's 800 free in 8:30.50, while Rebecka Ekelund touched second in 8:36.02. Granstrom picked up her second third-place finish with an 8:37.82. Jakob Dorch won the men's 100 breast in 1:00.27. Martin Gustafsson (1:00.79) and Simon Sjodin (1:00.83) earned second and third. <\/p>\n
Simon Sjodin, Stefan Nystrand, Pontus Flodqvist and Petter Stymne won the men's 200 medley relay in 1:36.90. Petra Granlund, Josefin Lillhage, Ida Sandin and Gabriella Fagundez won the women's 400 free relay in 3:36.70.
